MARIB: Yemeni administration troops clashed with Houthi fighters on multiple sectors in Marib on Saturday, progressing on Al-Mashjah sector west of the municipality and forcing the Houthis to withdraw, defense authorities expressed.
The authorities supplemented that the Defense Forces ruined multiple Houthi vehicles during the combat, according to an independent regional summary.
On the southern sector, cannon fire stopped Houthi intrusion efforts in Wadi Dhana and Al-Balq, while bombardments focused on Houthi backups and assemblies at Umm Rish and the prior 26th Brigade hubs in Al-Juba zone, as well as Aqaba Mala’a in Harib, south of Marib.
